These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MyDayWheel™ application and website at mydaywheel.com ("Service"), operated by Michael Fleming and the MyDayWheel team ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

MyDayWheel™ is a personal productivity and life navigation application that allows users to:

• Plan and track daily time blocks on a visual 24-hour wheel
• Record goals, journal thoughts, and personal reflections
• Track financial entries and daily ratings
• Sync personal data across devices via a secure cloud account

3. Account Registration

To use MyDayWheel™, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create in MyDayWheel™ — your time blocks, goals, journal entries, and other personal data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not claim ownership of your personal data and will never use your journal entries or personal content for advertising or third-party purposes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The MyDayWheel™ name, logo, design, and software are the intellectual property of Michael Fleming and the MyDayWheel team. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.

7. Privacy

8. Service Availability
